Every Monday and Thursday night, the PC Gaming is Dead! Podcast gives away one game on Steam to a listener who responds to the question we posed on the previous podcast.

The podcast will be put up on Charlaxian.com every Tuesday and Friday morning before 8am PST.  The podcast is only available as a video on Blip.  This is because the ad revenue from Blip helps to make this contest possible.

The Steam games given each day will be a random selection of one of the following:

• Audiosurf
• Defense Grid: The Awakening
• Deus Ex: Game of the Year Edition
• Evil Genius
• Freedom Force
• Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West
• The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom
• NyxQuest
• Osmos
• Toki Tori
• Trine
• World of Goo

How you can win one of these games:

• Join the Charlaxian group on Steam.
• Listen for the trivia question at the end of each podcast.
• Send an email to pcgamingisdead@gmail.com with the answer in the subject line.
• Include your Steam name in the body of the email. You must belong to the Steam group.
• Entries for that contest close at 6pm Steam Time (PST) the following Monday/Thursday, or 2am GMT Tuesday/Friday.
• From those who answer correctly, one winner will be chosen randomly.
• A game will be picked at random and sent to that day's winner.

Don't worry about receiving a game that you already own. If you own the game that we pick, we will randomly select another game. We'll do the best we can to accommodate you. If you already have the game outside of Steam, don't redeem it, let us know, and we can send you something else instead.

Winners will be notified right away, and announced on the following podcast.

The contests are completely free to listeners.  All we ask is that you tolerate the ads before the videos.  Our site is completely ad-supported so that everything will always be free to all visitors.  Ad revenue helps to make contests like this possible.  If we get a lot of listeners, it may be possible for us to continue having contests like this in the future.  Please help spread the word if you appreciate what we're doing!
